Any advice on software for a electrical contracting business...

I am trying to transfer my new business to using my mac instead of a pc. I am trying to find a software that will track appts., be able to log in my clients info. after a job is finished, and also to keep track of employees hours. I will using quickbooks for the financial part of it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
