Any app for Sports scores similar to weather/stocks?

I'm looking for a little app that would be similar to the native weather or stock apps on the iphone that would allow me to track specific sports teams. For example if I put in St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Cubs, and LA Lakers It would always show me their recent game/score or something similar.

I thought there might be something on the installer or new app store but didn't seem to find anything.

I'm hoping for the same thing... Along those lines, I'd like to be able to download my teams' schedules to my iphone so they would be one tap away.
