Any app similar to LoCal & Tasked from the android market?

On the androids you can get a couple apps called LoCal and tasked. They have some really awesome features like whe you hook your phone up to your in car charger it will know that and open your desired apps and gps if you wish so when you get to a certain location it will silence your phone say for school or work etc.

I'm looking an app or apps that work similar to this from the app store( I doubt) or from the jailbreak community.

I feel this might be this might be the 1 thing we can not do, have not heard of an app like this on the iPhone.
