Any app that allows you to freely place Apps? [ANSWERED]

At the moment the apps will take up the next available slot there is on the page. Is there any Cydia app to let you move the app to whichever spot you want on the page?

I want to be able to do this so that I'm able to organize my apps more freely. Eg. 1st row = Game folders, 2nd row = location-based app folders, 3rd row = Internet folders, so on
