There is RescueTime Team, but this one requires an internet connection and activity can only be seen online. I think it records activity for any app.

Then there is Mind the time Firefox plug.in which is great, but it only records Firefox activity.

I want to know if there are any other software similar to the first one, which record how much time is spent in any app, but should not require to create an account ?

Yes there is... go to MAS and look for OS Track
 
Check out finch too, I'm preferring it over rescue time. It just tells you what you've been doing without telling you that disgracebook is "very distracting!!!!" or anything. Just a list of what you've been in, and for how long, although there's all sorts of tagging and stuff you could do, if you wanted.

What would be cool, is if it (or another app) organised its output like daisydisk does
