General Any app that will translate a keyboard combination to a button on screen?

Title says all. Is there a jailbreak app that will translate keyboard combinations made on a Bluetooth keyboard into touches of certain buttons?

For example, on Circus Ponies NoteBook, there are virtual buttons for moving entries to the left or right. I'd like the keyboard combo shift-tab to translate to the button corresponding to shifting left or right, or even a coordinate in the app.
