Any app to create/edit albums on phone?

Is there an app that will allow you to create and edit photo albums on the iPhone? That would be pretty sweet!

I've been waiting for something like this to happen for three years.
It would be so cool, to not only create/edit albums, but to be able to edit the info data, from any track, like you do in iTunes, with any changes reflected there, when you sync.
