any app to stop page bounce on springboard?

EDIT: just tried it, didnt work. still tries to scroll.
i just want to stop the bounce like when i used 'nospot' to remove spotlight, where it doesnt let me scroll to the left and it doesnt bounce.
Confirmed. One little issue is that one page dot shows up at the bottom even though you only have one page. Probably a way to fix this but I'm too lazy

If you have winterboard, you can fix that pretty easily by modifying theming.
Alternatively you can actually dig into the system pictures and try to modify it that way, but that'd be a pain.

Search up "no page dots" on cydia...should do the job for ya.

I actually have that installed as well and the dot still shows up. Not a huge thing so not too worried.
I have WB installed but this is an actual mod so there's nothing to modify really or nothing that I have the skill set to modify. I guess I could just make the default page dot transparent or something and that would probably clear this up.
Did notice one little bug, I guess. Whenever you wiggle the icons, you're able to move the springboard again. Nothing a quick respring won't fix but it's kind of annoying to do this.

I installed an app and it went to an unreachable page.
So I was dumb, instead of uninstalling, moving the app to my one page, and then reinstalling I dragged another icon over to see it.
When this happened my scrolling got very messed up and when i dragged them back into my folders on the first page they didnt move, but the animation showed that they did.
Then i turned the tweak off in mobile substrate and my phone crashed, and then substrate never worked again so I re Jb
