any app/tweak that makes email messages light up the screen like SMS?

Hoping to find an app that makes it easier to know that I have received an email. I work in a noisy area and I can't hear my phone when it notifies me of a new email.

Anything out there?

I have lockscreen which helps, but of course I have to turn on the lockscreen to see if I have an email.
