Apple employees aren't allowed to have an account on a site like this, and chances are they can't answer any question that only an employee would know the answer to even on the Apple forum, or anywhere else for that matter. It's a pretty secretive company.

Nothing against Apple Store employees, but there's an honest chance most on this forum know as much or more than they do about many things. You should ask away on here.
