Any Apple list of 'bands' of spenders? Low medium, high iTunes spenders?

A thought popped into my head - do Apple have any classification on what types of spenders? eg,

£15-30 a month - low band
£50-100 a month - high band
£100+ a month - super highly supported we don't want to loose you user?

Just another topic for discussion :)
