The Election Day was stressing me out, so I ended up going to the gym for several hours and got my rings spinning and spinning! The Apple Watch literally saved my life. I’ve lost 100+ pounds in the last year and a half. Closing those rings and seeing how many calories I have left for the day through the Lose It app are huge for me! I apologize for the before pictures! But seriously, it’s crazy how much a motivational tool to continue on my journey.

Nice work man! I've been lifting since long before the Apple Watch was a thing but all the times I've had one, it makes a huge difference on the days I'm NOT in the gym. Closing those rings is damn addictive!
