Any application to group icons on a jailbroken iPhone 3G?

I'm trying to find a application (possibly on Cydia?) to enable categories on a 3G running 3.13. I downgraded my mother's iPhone from 4.0 because it was too sluggish and frustrating for her. She really wants those groups back though. Does anyone have an app. they can recommend? Thank you.

Categories. I used this on my 1g iPod touch.

Add in CategoriesSB to Categories. Categories alone is slow, CategoriesSB makes it act more like Folders on iOS4--only without the limitation on the number of apps per folder.

Both are available on Cydia.
