Any apps that will vocalize weather/appts when turned off?

I have been going nut trying to find the right alarm clock forever now.
I got to thinking that Siri would be awesome if she woke you up and was a true assistant and told you the weather and first appointment for the day when you shut it off, but no dice there.

I was messing around and found the Jarvis app that will do this, but whenever I swipe to shut off the alarm it still plays the alarm and the voice with the weather and such over top so this is closer, but I cannot get it to work right.

Any other suggestions for a true personal assistant type alarm clock app?
