Got an iSight today from a freind who does not even have a mac.

Only problem is I dont have anyone I know who has an iSight so anyone who wants to have a chat session on ichat let me know.

Wish I did. Thinking hard about it but $ and rumors of a new rev isight have me holding off. Also, like you, not sure how much use I would get out of it because I dont know anyone well who has an isight...
 
I wasn't going to buy one...
I didn't buy one when I bought my Powerbook...
but I have four or five mates with them...
so I bought one..

Audio iChat is great - but video chatting is even better!
Very cool - and will only get batter when H.264 kicks in with Tiger!

264 looks hot. I sorta think they bring out a new iSight with a wide angle option for conferening...maybe a bigger ccd for lowlight...
 
Perhaps I should be asking anyone with an Isight who would like to have a chat let me know I am dieing to see how it performs :D:D
