any benefit to x64 Windows in a VM?

When running Windows in a VM on OSX (via Parallels or VMware) is there any benefit to running 64-bit vs. 32-bit? I've got a June 2009 15" MBP. I would be doing office-type business applications in Windows, not any type of CAD or high-end graphics. So, any benefit to running 64-bit in a VM?

Unless you plan on allocating more then 3GB ram into the virtual machine, nope.
