i like the added inputs as it "future" proofs the display a bit

the ONLY downside is a slightly smaller resolution

So if I were to connect that to my UMBP 15, it would not look exactly like the display on my laptop? Would there be a slight blur (kind of like if I lowered the res on my laptop)?

All I was getting at was the display you had mentioned is a 1920 by 1080 (at least thats what google told me)

The one I linked to is 2048 by 1152, so slightly larger resolution

Your MBP will have no issue driving eithr display at full resolution
