Any chance AT & T would credit my account for my data plan?

My iphone 4 works fine as a phone, however I can't get cell data to save my life. Any chance At & t would credit my account until the issue is resolved?

i am going to speak to an at&t rep tomm and persistently ask for this and see how far it gets elevated. i am not expecting to get anything out of it but a few laughs. and no i have nothing better to do.
