We don't know. I don't. You don't. Store employees don't. No one does. We don't know where you live. How many stores there are. How much stock they'll get. What the demographics of the area are. Etc. etc. etc.
They will have stock delivered usually daily. That's how it's always been anyway at Apple Stores. Getting there when they are in stock will be there task.
He would be the only one who knows, being Mr. Logistics, but I'd imagine he's pretty mute on the subject.

While I know the IP6/6+ (particularly the latter) are constrained by production problems etc., there will be iPhones produced all the time and stores will receive them regularly. Last year, I wandered up to a store about 2pm on release day, and they had sold out of their morning inventory but just had another truck arrive and I walked out with exactly what I wanted (iP5S space gray AT&T 64F) etc. I don't know what the situation will be this time, but deliveries of pre-orders will be constrained but stores will get them.

I remember there was one iPhone launch (5?) where some people were queuing for 2 weeks after the phone launched. Be prepared that you won't be able to get a phone for weeks.
You never know what might happen. You could just walk in at the right time and get phone you want like someone said earlier.
People will definitely still be queuing a week from now for the 6+ at least, maybe both
