Where are you all getting this "right now" stuff from? There is nobody in line at any of the stores in my metro area. Most malls are claiming that they won't even let people on property until after 5 AM, in fact.

I remember riding my bike past the local Apple store (one of the mini-stores at the time) on the day the iPhone first launched, late in the morning, and jokingly asking the Apple guy at the door if they had any left in stock. "Sure," he said, "just go in a pick one up." He was serious.

I can't go to my store for my reservation until mid-afternoon. Hopefully, the craziness will have died down by then.
