I really need some help! :D

I've been trying to enable the Chinese keyboard input, but it seems like the pinyin method is only available for the traditional script, how can I use pinyin with simplified?

Thanks!

You want to enable the ITABC input method under Simplified Chinese in System Preferences > International > Input Menu.

This gives you a 'smart pinyin' IM, so you can type short phrases in one go and have ITABC guess what characters you mean. There are also quite a few additional preferences in ITABC, which are accessible from the Input Menu when ITABC is the active IM.
