iPad Any convertor pulgs for docks for 4th gen ipad?

Im new to Apple products completely, so forgive my ignorance...

I got a 4th gen iPad for christmas as well as an iHomeiD95 alarm/stereo that your ipad can dock into to sync with. problem is the ihome dock plug is for the older gen. ipad. is there a plug that can convert from the lightning ipad plug to the old gen. plug that will still allow my ipad to sit atop the ihome and maintain stability?

ive looked everywhere and cannot seem to find anything.

lightning to 30 pin is what you are looking for, but it wont be stable. Best bet might be to wait for a new model
