Well, I really hate mobile pages. i was wondering if there was any cydia thing that would block mobile sites and just take you to the normal desktop version! thanks!

I use UA Faker and it works most of the time. Somehow some sites still figure out I am on a iPhone and give me some crap mobile site anyway. No idea how though.

I use icab from the app store instead of safari & it allows you to spoof many different browsers which helps avoid mobile sites. I use browser changer from cydia to make it my default browser and it works really well.

how in the hell havent i heard about browser changer. ive had atomic forever and ive always wanted this type of mod. ugh

Not a jailbroken app. But Atomic Web Browser gives you the option of picking what kind of browser you want them to think your using. From Desktop IE and Firefox to Mobile Safari. It has become my main browser now. Definitely worth it.
