iPad mini Any deals on iPad Mini retina this week?

None that I know of, and I've been looking.
There were not that many deals on the mini retina to be had on Black Friday or Cyber Monday. It was excluded from Apple's gift card promotion, and while included in Target's gift card promotion, one was lucky to find one actually in stock.

This. The 'deal' of the moment is to actually find one in stock! Although it does seem supplies are getting much better.
My local apple store is the only place that has it in stock locally

Is the Target deal still going on? I don't see it online. I was looking for the first gen mini and I missed out on the deal. Wahhh!
it ended on the 30th. I got lucky as my local target had a couple rminis in stock. It was a great deal with the $75 gc and 5% redcard discount
staples, online. they bumped the price back up to $299. it was for cyber monday
Didn't know the Target deal covered the rMini. But like you said, very much lucky they had it.
I didnt think it did either. I bought an ipad air on the target eal the night before online when the sale started. The next day I had to go to target with the wife to pick up some stuff for my kids. I went back to electronics and saw an rmini. I asked the woman at the counter if it was part of the deal and she said yes so I jumped on it. The air is getting sold or returned once I receive it...
