Any decent free audio editing software?

i need some free software for minor audio editing or a solution with current software,

only things like cutting songs and adding to other songs to make mix's etc.

does such a thing exist for mac im thinking something along the idea of audacity for windows.

No prob. Audacity is a great program to have around, even if I don't personally use it daily.
