Any difference between WatchOS 2.2.1 and the last Beta?

I had installed the last beta for the Watch OS about a month ago, and it seems like it's the same exact version as the one that is now on the Apple website as the release. (13V420)

Can anyone else confirm that?

Confirmed. Watch says that it's up to date.
