Any difference of TB display sold now vs last november

HI,
I am looking at buying a used Thunderbolt display from someone who bought the monitor last november.
I am wondering if there is any difference between the ones sold a year ago and the ones I get from the apple store right now?

I believe it now comes with the magsafe to magsafe 2 adapter to allow you to charge the newer laptops with it, but it is otherwise identical. The adapter is also available separately.
