Any early confirmation on RAM size?

Apologies if this was asked already but I couldn't find anything.

So I told myself I would not upgrade this year unless we were getting two things: 256GB storage and also 3GB of RAM in at least the 7 Plus. We got the storage option but I was curious if there have been any early confirmations on RAM size?
