Any easy way to do this in iTunes?

So here's the deal, I have a 1 - 2 tb movie collection spanned across two external harddrives connected to my Mac Mini which then serves them out to my AppleTVs. Here's my problem, I bought a Drobo (super awesome!) and I moved ALL the movie and music, tv shows etc. from both the external harddrives.

Now is there an EASY way to have iTunes look for the files on that drive? Without having to go through manually on each song, each tv show, and each movie and find it's location?

If anyone could help, I would GREATLY appreciate it.
