Any external GPUs for the MBP?

I have a late 2013 rMBP 13" with two thunderbolt 2.0 ports and I wonder if there are any eGPUs that I can use?

I did, but Intel recently gave eGPUs their blessing and I was wondering if someone would come up with an elegant solution now.

They may well do but no one has yet as far as I can tell, I expect they are waiting for thunderbolt 3 to give the bandwidth to get the full utilisation of the eGPU.
