Any Fan Controllers out for late 08' MBP for Windows?

Gaming in Windows XP gets too damn hot.

Are there any fan controllers that work with Windows XP for the late 08' MBP??

I have SMC Fan Controller running for OS X already but nothing for XP

I'd love to find something also I had input remapper on my old MBPRO and it worked great. I've read that it may not happen anytime soon since macs use EFI instead of bios and certain values like fan control are not used in the bios emulation that runs on the mac hardware and if these values aren't reported then there would be no way to change those values.
