Any final word on the 128GB SSD for 15in i5 MBP?

Basically, this is what is holding me up now. I want to pay the small upgrade for the SSD, but i do not want to get stuck with samsung. Ive heard toshiba, but has that been finalized?

Seems like a lot of people have been getting their MBPs, any one get the SSD? Is it possible to check the model of the drive?
