iPhone Any Fix for Issues Rearranging Icons when using Sprintomize to Set Additional Rows?

OR another tweak that will allow me to create more rows/columns that doesn't cause this issue...

Using Sprintomize, on my iPhone 6+, whenever I try to move an icon around it won't lock in to the place where I drop it--it just snaps back to the first open position at the end of the page...

You're looking for Gridlock, which thus far hasn't been updated for iOS 8.

Home Screen Designer will do it in a half baked way, if you simply must.
