Any FM transmitters out there that don't suck?

I have tried a few, and read all of the reviews on apple.com and it appears that most FM transmitters that work with iPhone 3G are bad. I used to have the Monster iCarPlay™ Wireless PLUS FM Transmitter for iPod, but that doesn't work with iPhone 3G. Any suggestions?
