Any folio case that can hold iPad along with a notepad?

I've been looking for a folio case that I can put my iPad along with a notepad; as I still have to write something during my meeting and conference.

Currently, I have to hold a notepad with a elastic strap of my folio and it's not that convenient. It would be great if I can carry only one item(iPad case+notepad).

I think most of the users who start using iPad with their work life—checking email or reading minutes of meeting pdf while in a meeting—still need a notepad to write down issues rather than to type in the iPad.

Still wondering why there's no kind of this case in the market now.

Any suggestions?
