Any foolproof app for taking remote desktop of windows on a MAC ?

HI, Im having a very very hard time helping my whole office, whenever Im out of country.
My office completely runs on windows and I use a Macbook Pro.

TeamViewer is worst app, hardly lasts for 50 seconds and disconnects.
Any desk is superb but it doesnt have a Mac version.

Is there any good alternative for Mac, which would let me access the windows PC in my home country office without a hiss and at ease ?

I have used Logmein in the past to help out folks on windows from my mac. I was in US and client in Japan.

Microsoft makes a Remote Desktop client for Mac. It's in the Mac App Store.

Except that doesn't allow for viewing the session of the person you're trying to help.
