I don't think there is an app to do that. Check with your carrier and block there.

I am not aware of any. You may just need to change the contact name to something that will alert you not to answer.

Jane Smith's contact name = "Don't Answer Jane Smith"

The only other option I can think of would be to give people your Skype Online Number, and have all unblocked calls forward to your iPhone number. Then just manage blocked numbers through Skype. You will have to pay about $60/year to keep/use a Skype Online Number.

Another workaround it to download a silent ringtone and assign it to that contact, so then when they call the phone makes no noise.

I know it doesn't stop them from calling, but it does stop you being disturbed by it.

I used to have a marketing company call me from various numbers I added them all to one contact and set the ring tone to silent. Simple
