Any free desktop video capture app?

I need to record an iPhone simulator on my desktop. Any good free ones out there?

SnapXPro is not free but does offer a fully functional demo last time I used it. Interface takes a little practice, but it is not bad. And, you can take it into iMovie and edit out anything you need to.

This is the quicktime that comes with Snow Leopard? I have Snow Leopard. There seems to be a screen recording function there, any good?. Haven't tried it yet, perhaps later.
