Have this offer for $400 to get a TV tuner, I suspect its cracked but I really don't know and can't find anything online. It's compelling since I am among the millions who want to cut cable out of my wallet, um, I mean life. Any info would be great, and thanks.

Well, looks like this isn't worth the chance.
Promises can be made, but even if it works but its illegal I want nothing to do with it anyway.
