any good daily log applications?

i was wondering if there is a good daily/weekly log program for mac?

basically, i'm the sales/marketing director for a company and i was planning to write a daily log on what i did and which companies i contacted each day. i then would print out the log and present it to my boss at the end of each week.

anyone use a program that would fit this description?

i guess excel would be the only way?

Excel can, and OmniOutliner can as well. I use the Omni apps for a lot of diverse needs (tasks, diagramming, content inventories, MBO progress) and OO and OmniGraffle interface well.
