Any good deals for iPhone 7 4.7? For AT&T

I took advantage of the target deal and upgraded 2 of the phones on my account and got the $300 GCs.
Unfortunately my 3rd iPhone on my account was not available to upgrade at the time, now is...
The only deal that I saw worth was from Best Buy which is $100 off (AT&T).
The iPhone we are trying to upgrade is an iPhone 6 and the damn battery life is suffering big time, and we rather just get the new iPhone 7 instead of replacing the battery.
This is for my dad, I showed him the 7+ would be much better especially with the battery life, but he just doesn't like the big phone, so he rather stick with the same size, which I can't fault him. the 7+ is a big phone and it feels a bit heavy in the pockets.

So my question is, should I wait another week and hope to see a better deal? Obviously I don't expect another $300 GC deal anytime soon, but I am hoping for something like $150-$200.


If anyone knows any deals around let me know.
 
they also had the 128GB for 599, look at reviews... these come just like new! and you save a bunch of money too!.

3/5 stars and people complaining about phone issues and hear the warranty is not that good since they are refurbished from the store.
