Hello, I have to fill in a form in pdf format. The organizer does not provide the file in Word format. Any good freeware to allow me to do that neatly? Ideally, the resulting pdf file should like like I typed everything nicely in Word and then saved as a pdf. I tried the trail version of PDFpenPro. It leaves a watermark on each page. I tried Preview which came with Snow Leopard. When I clicked on the fields, a cursor did not show up to let me fill in the form. I also prefer not to enter personal information into an unknown online server which claims to be able to do the job. Thanks.

I went ahead and purchased PDFpenPro, so I can't comment first hand on any of the other options out there. I have heard SKIM works, but I haven't tried it first hand.

Another option is you mention word. While they don't provide the file in Word format, if filling it out in Word format is an option, there are free online converters. You could convert it from .pdf to Word

Edit: I should mention, the same site also allows conversion of Word to .PDF as well.
