Any good instant messaging apps that support MSN and IRC?

I know this has probably been asked before but is there an app that supports MSN and IRC? Preferably so that you can be logged in to both simultaneously and somehow (via tabs?) switch between chats easily. IM+ and BeejiveIM support everything else but IRC but IRC apps only support IRC. Anyone found a good all-in-one app?

I believe Adium now supports IRC.

That's what I'm using on my Macs. Sadly there is no iPhone version of Adium

The application description says Push is supported, but some folks on the app store are reporting that it doesn't work.

I saw that too but it would require me to have my Mac on all the time. Not the solution I would prefer. Thanks anyway though. I guess I'll stick with Colloguy and some IM client.
