I see a few crappy ones on Amazon but they are nothing to write home about and not avaiable for at least a week. I also prefer a suede case so that when the clam is on your lap it doesn't slide off with my slick dress pants on.

incase has nothing available on their site.

Glitty makes nice Macbook cases in leather or wood, and they are planning to ship both styles for the Macbook Air 15 in "early to mid August." They're a pretty small company and are very responsive with any issues. I think they make their cases in Canada (maybe with some components from overseas?) I consider them my second choice behind Andar, whose "Helm" cases are awesome, but they haven't said anything about the Air 15 yet. Let us know if you find anything! I'll probably buy a cheap plastic one from Amazon till I can find a more permanent one...

both look like nice products but def out of my price range but I may have to consider because the leather is a good nonslip option. thx

Yea this is a problem..I'm hoping something other than those snap on hard cases start appearing soon.

I was looking at the Glitty web page. It sounds very promising but I'm wondering about those trackpad skins.

I've got the trackpad skins on my Midnight 13 air - they are excellent! Have held up very well; and comfortable to type on. Bonus that they keep the midnight surface from showing so many fingerprints...

Where they hard to get on? That's my main concern with putting skins on.

super easy from what I recall... it's a bit thicker material so seemed easy to work with. I have them on two macbooks I just realized, and looks really good on both!
