Any good music organisers/players for OSX.4?

Hi,
I recently got a 'new' imac, but its actually an old G5. I have a large collection of about 40,000 songs/300gb and need a good media player for them. Itunes is to slow and wont recognize my NAS drive.I was thinking of using songbird, buts its only compatible with 10.5 and up. Heres my current technical specs:

iMac G5 1.8ghz
1gb RAM
OSX.4.11
1tb NAS drive with all my music

So basically, an itunes alternative for a slow computer and a large music library.

Any suggestions would be a great
