I'm looking to upgrade my old Wireless G router to a N router now the only thing i really would like to do improvement wise is i do alot of streaming with MLB.Tv hulu netflix etc could any one point out a router within that price range or should i save up a lil more?

Any Good N routers in the $40-60 range

The only ones in that lower end range would be lower-end brands, like D-Link, Hawking, Trendnet, etc.
Personally I'd go with either Linksys (I have an $80 midrange N-router from them, that, on sale, you might be able to find for around $60), or Netgear (not sure of their current pricing.)
