Hello, so far I only seen adapters that connect iPhone 6s+ to the tripod in landscape mode. Any recommended product if I want to orient the phone to portrait orientation?

Why abomination?

Because when viewed on a screen (like a monitor, television, projector, etc.) the picture is squeezed into a narrow rectangle that only uses about 20% of the visible area of the screen. The world is horizontal - the screens we use reflect that.

Get a ballhead (or pan-and-tilt head) for your tripod and use that to adjust the device orientation.

That's what photographers have been doing with SLRs and other cameras for decades.
