Any good PVA/MVA monitors in the 20-24" range?

I'm looking for a monitor. My current one is 20" and is adequate. A slightly bigger one wouldn't hurt, but I figure 24" is the biggest I might want or afford.

I was thinking a PVA or MVA pael might be the best choice; I want something decent, but I'm not doing photography and as I understand it VA-type panels are a bit cheaper than IPS.

I probably wouldn't hurt to have 1080i resolution, but it's not essential. I'm not sure if I want matte or glossy. I could probably live with either, where I'm going to be using this.

I'm open to buying used, if there are any such models that are likely to be available. Are there any monitors that meet my criteria?

currently using a Dell Ultrasharp 2405fpw and it's great.
I also have an Dell Ultrasharp 2005fpw with an IPS panel which is also fantastic.

You can opt for newer models as well - but it may be a crap shoot, as dell began mixing panels in certain models.
