Any good settings after installing an SSD drive in my 13" MBP?

I just installed a Patriot Torqx 128GB SSD drive in my 13" MBP and I'm wondering of there are any settings or tweaks that I should apply?

I ask this because my buddy who has the same drive in his Windows 7 machine told me there are a few but very important settings that he applied on his system.

obviously I need the same thing but for the Mac side. any advice will be appreciated.

uncheck the "put hard disk to sleep whenever possible" box in the Energy Saver tab of System Preferences. This is the most relevant thing to do right after you install your new ssd and osx.

there is a good list of OSX SSD tweaks over on the OCZ forums. these include no access time (noatime), hibernate mode, etc.
