any good smart dialer apps for iPhone?

I am new to iPhone coming from Android and I cannot believe that as popular as iPhone is, the stock dialer does not do name dialing. I thought this should be one of the most requested feature. I am so used to this on Android that I find it almost ridiculous not to have this on any dialer. Anyone using any dialer apps that you find it great? so far I am heading toward iSmart but this require jailbreak, I need a temporary solution until the untether JB is out. TIA
